Changing your Wi-Fi password is much easier than it used to be. If you have a smartphone and your router manufacturer has an app, you can change your Wi-Fi password and all your router settings within the app. If you do not, all you need to do is enter your IP address into your preferred web browser. From there you’ll have to sign in and there will be a ‘wireless’ or ‘security’ option within the menu. Your option to change your password will be in there. Keep in mind, once you change your Wi-Fi password, every internet enabled device will ask for the new password and will not connected to your network until the new password is entered.
