EarthLink customers will still receive the very best service as they have always received in the past with improvements coming soon! EarthLink is slowly phasing out the lower tiers of internet service to provide better internet service across the country. Now EarthLink internet speeds go as fast as 1 Gbps in select areas, whereas before it had only been as fast as 75 Mbps.

Yes! Earthlink email is available to everyone who would like an EarthLink email address. However, if you are not a current customer of EarthLink internet, you will have to pay a monthly fee.

EarthLink’s Total Access was software that came with a free Anti-Virus and Firewall protection tools to EarthLink dial-up internet customers. EarthLink Total Access software was created so customers can connect reliably, safely, surf the web faster and avoids pop-ups and spam. Now customers have access to Norton Security Online and Norton WiFi Privacy to protect them from online threats for a monthly fee. There is a 30 day free trial available for anyone who would like to try it, not just EarthLink internet customers. There is no specific software required for EarthLink DSL and HyperLink customers to get online like there is with dial-up internet.
